　　AA1：“Commercial real estate prices have been rising steadily in the Sandida Heights neighborhood for several years, while the prices in the adjacent neighborhood of Palm Grove have remained the same. It seems obvious, then, that a retail space in Sandida Heights must now be much more expensive than a similar space in Palm Grove, which was not the case several years ago. So, it appears that retail spaces in Sandida Heights are now overpriced relative to those in Palm Grove. Therefore, it would be in our financial interest to purchase a retail space in Palm Grove rather than in Sandida Heights.”

　　AA2：AA 就是說一個GG retail shop sale 上升但是profit下降然后說店里的商品都定位在高端顧客的所以這個retailer想減少cost就去裁員然后減少展示一個survey說一個CAFE的顧客和這個商店很相似啊然后說plan to partner with the cafe

　　說一家商店(Gourmont 可能沒拼對)過去都是高增長，但最近利潤下降。他們家的顧客都是高消費群體，如喜歡買貴的東西及需要一些專家服務之類的，然后為了提升利潤，需要eliminate some product , 還說要當?shù)氐囊患铱Х鹊旰献?partner 關系)去吸引新的顧客。然后利潤就會提高之類的

　　AA3：航空公司那個，說油價漲了，利潤下降了，但是其它的航空公司油價也漲了，但是其它公司卻又得獲利了，所以這個航空公司就把責任歸到他們多加了5輛飛機上面，說要想獲利，就要取消那5輛飛機。

　　V2：AW 航空公司的business analyst 給公司發(fā)的一封信公司去年利潤下降了20%，可能的原因有兩個：一是去年油價上漲，導致燃料成本上升，二是去年公司新開了airlines to five cities。但是去年仍有一些airlines的利潤得到了改善，考慮到所有的airlines都受到了油價上漲的影響，但是有的盈利了，所以油價不是公司虧損的原因。排除油價后，可能的原因就只能是新的airlines，所以建議公司取消新的airlines。

　　說有個航空公司利潤下降了，因為燃料費漲了，年初又新開辟了幾條航線增加了成本。不過所有其它航空公司都有盈利，說明不是燃料費漲了的問題，而是新航線的問題。所以應該取消這些新航線。

　　V2：首先是去年有個 airline's profit declined by 20%， the oil cost increased and this airline add 5 new flights(機經(jīng)這里寫的是新航線~但是我覺得flights應該是又買了幾個飛機吧)所以這個公司認為at least one of them cause the declined profit. 但是由于全行業(yè)都面臨油價上漲，some airlines 利潤卻上漲了，所以這家航空公司覺得就是new flights的問題~所以決定今天初應該eliminate these new flights

　　AA4：去年，我們向員工調(diào)查他們認為X公司應該進行的改進，讓他們把改進按重要性排列。

　　結果列印為一張可能的改進的表格。根據(jù)調(diào)查中員工的反應，“加強員工和管理層的溝通”最具重要性，穩(wěn)居調(diào)查表之首。如你所知，那以后我們建立了由高層管理人員組織，雇員可以自愿參加的常規(guī)交流會。因此，看來X的多數(shù)員工認為最應該進行的改進已經(jīng)完成了。

　　AA5：“A recent review of the West Cambria volunteer ambulance service revealed a longer average response time to accidents than was reported by a commercial ambulance squad located in East Cambria. In order to provide better patient care for accident victims and to raise revenue for our town by collecting service fees for ambulance use, we should disband our volunteer service and hire a commercial ambulance service.”

　　AA6：“Eight years ago, our firm’s profits were increasing with each new employee we added. We discovered that eachemployee had the skills and motivation to generate more revenue for the firm than his or her salary cost us.However, for the past two years, our profit margin has been falling, even though we have continued to addemployees. Thus, our newer employees are not generating enough revenue to justify their salaries. We mustnot be hiring new employees with the same level of skills and motivation as those we used to attract. Clearly,then, failures in the human resources department account for our falling profits.”

　　AI1：人們要大幅度延長life span, if achieved, 會給現(xiàn)有資源帶來burden, 減低人們生活質(zhì)量

　　AA2：people depend too much on computers while computer improve our lives

　　AI3：“Responsibility for preserving the natural environment ultimately belongs to each individual person, not to government.”

　　AI4：“由于對現(xiàn)代社會來說，科學和技術正在變得越來越基本，學校應該投入更多的時間教授科學技術而減少藝術和人文的教育。”
