　　思路解析

　　這是一道觀點類大作文，聊的是學校的目的是什么，題目看上去很好理解，從反對角度切入也更方便，但實際寫起來很麻煩。實際寫作中很多同學都會犯一個錯誤：重點寫了how，而不是why，寫成了學校如何把孩子培養(yǎng)成好公民或者讓孩子個人受益，但題目實際問的是學校為什么要做前者或者后者。下面月半鴨和大家來一起看下具體觀點。

　　首先來看觀點合理的部分，學校的目的是培養(yǎng)好公民和好員工是合理，主要有兩方面。

　　一是學校作為教育系統(tǒng)的一環(huán)，為社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)人才是其責任之一。對于整個社會來說，無論是經(jīng)濟還是科技領域，想要發(fā)展勢必需要更多相關人才投入，而培養(yǎng)這些人才的場所便是學校。同時許多學校特別是公立學校，其成本支出大多數(shù)是由政府財政來支持，因此其需要承擔相應的社會責任和政府規(guī)定的任務。

　　二是學校教導孩子正確的價值觀，使其成為一個有社會責任心的公民，有利于降低犯罪率及保持社會的穩(wěn)定。同時，在孩子成長的過程中，有大量的時間待在學校，因此學校也是最適合教導孩子這些價值觀的地方之一。

　　然后來看反對的角度，即忽視個人的成長和收益是不合理的。

　　首先，對于父母來說，愿意孩子接受教育的目的之一就是希望孩子或者家庭未來能獲益，而非僅僅為社會做貢獻。如果忽視了這份訴求，那么將大大降低父母送孩子上學的意愿度，不利于教育的推廣和發(fā)展。

　　其次，忽略孩子的個性及需求，一味的按照標準來培養(yǎng)孩子，會讓其感到被約束。長此以往不利于孩子健康身心的培養(yǎng)，甚至會使得孩子走上歪路。好的教育應該關注每一個孩子的個性化需求，并進行正確的引導和培養(yǎng)，讓孩子能健康成長。這在使得個人受益同時，更多健康、富有活力和想法的人對社會同樣也是有益的。

　　Individuals have conflicting opinions on whether developing students’individuality should be prioritised in school education.Although schools do serve as places where children are cultivated to be good citizens and employees,I believe that this goal should never be achieved at the expense of undermining the possibility that students would benefit a lot from schooling as individuals.

　　It can be justified that some people believe that the ultimate goal of modern education is to prepare students to become competent employees and decent citizens.On the one hand,letting the younger generation acquire capabilities and skills that are indispensable for career development would enable them to make a living,which may further boost the national economy in the long run.On the other hand,imparting school attendants with proper civil behaviour is conducive to reducing crime and maintaining social stability.This is because only schools can act as an efficient platform in which correct values,life attitudes and knowledge about social obligations are taught,and these would be profoundly ingrained in children’s minds at an early age. 雅思寫作

　　However,this does not mean that focusing on the individual cannot accomplish the aforementioned goals.After all,undertaking occupational and social responsibilities is merely part of a person’s life,and elevating the individual would serve such purposes in a more mentally-healthy manner.To be specific,children who are educated to keep their personal perspectives to themselves in school may harbour a feeling that they are unable to fully express themselves in a free environment.As a result,their mental well-being might be disrupted as they are prevented from gaining a sense of achievement or self-fulfilment.In addition,personalised education that prioritises catering to students with specific talents tends to facilitate the promotion of all-round education centred on enhancing the younger generation’s overall quality,which would ultimately benefit the entire society.

　　In a nutshell,while schools strive to educate students into good workers and decent citizens,students should also benefit a lot from school education as an individual.
